Bilingual Team leader – Call Centre / Insurance / Emergency Assistance
Location: Shoreham-By-Sea, West Sussex
Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 depending on exp
Call Centre Team Leaders & Supervisors – Get to use your language skills!!
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader or up-and-coming Supervisor from a call centre environment that ideally speaks a fluent European language.
You will join a well recognised global insurance company that offer a fantastic working environment, training and development plus future career prospects. Managing a multi-national team, you will be responsible for the full day to day running of a busy international call centre team. Needless to say your previous/current experience will have included managing, coaching and mentoring a team, target setting, monitoring and developing staff through appraisals, and KPI’s and recruitment and selection. This operation runs Mon-Sun 7am-8pm so you will be allocated a shift between these days/hours.
Applicants must have previous experience as described to be considered for this vacancy and you will need to be a driver with your own transport due to the location of the office.
